Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Promotion Period

The Ned’s Pizza & Wings Halloween Photo Contest (“Contest”) begins on October 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on November 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”).

The winner will be selected and contacted after the Promotion Period ends.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of California of all ages.

Participants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of Ned’s Pizza & Wings, as well as individuals living in the same household as any such person, are not eligible to participate.

If a participant under the age of 18 is selected as the potential winner, Ned’s Pizza & Wings may require the participant's parent or legal guardian to verify eligibility, provide any required consent, and accept or redeem the prize on the participant's behalf.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, during the Promotion Period:

1. Take an original photo that includes the Ned’s Pizza & Wings sign or logo somewhere clearly visible in the photo.  Be creative!

2. You may appear in the photo alone, with family, or with friends.

3. Post the photo publicly on an eligible social-media account 

4. Tag Ned’s Pizza & Wings in your post.

5. Keep the post publicly viewable through the date the winner is announced.

Eligible social-media platforms may include Instagram, Facebook,  subject to the applicable platform's rules and functionality.

Participants under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating or posting an entry.

No purchase is necessary. You do not need to purchase food, place an order, or make any payment to enter or win.

An entrant may submit multiple entries, provided each entry independently complies with these Official Rules. Ned’s Pizza & Wings reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, substantially identical, or otherwise manipulated entries.

4. Photo Requirements

• Not contain offensive, illegal, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material.

• Not contain copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected material that the entrant does not have permission to use.

• Not contain misleading, fraudulent, purchased, automated, or artificially generated engagement.

• Not promote or depict illegal activity.

If identifiable individuals other than the entrant appear in the photo, the entrant is responsible for obtaining the necessary permission from those individuals or their parent/legal guardian, as applicable.

Ned’s Pizza & Wings reserves the right to reject any entry that, in its reasonable judgment, does not comply with these requirements.

5. Judging and Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner will be the eligible entry that receives the highest number of genuine likes on the social-media post during the Promotion Period.

Only genuine likes from real users will be counted. Purchased, fake, automated, or artificially generated likes or engagement will not be counted and may result in disqualification.

Ned’s Pizza & Wings reserves the right to verify the likes and engagement associated with an entry and to disqualify any entry that appears to involve manipulation, fraud, bots, purchased engagement, or other artificial activity.

In the event of a tie for the highest number of genuine likes, the winner will be selected by a random drawing from among the entries tied for the highest number of genuine likes.

The winner will be determined based on the number of genuine likes recorded at the end of the Promotion Period.

The decisions of Ned’s Pizza & Wings regarding eligibility, verification of engagement, and winner selection are final, subject to applicable law.

6. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

One (1) XL pizza from Ned’s Pizza & Wings every month for twelve (12) consecutive months.

The prize consists of twelve (12) XL pizzas total, one per month.

The winner may redeem one XL pizza during each calendar month during the twelve-month prize period.

The prize must be redeemed directly through Ned’s Pizza & Wings and is subject to the restaurant's normal redemption procedures and applicable restrictions.

Unused monthly prizes may expire at the end of the applicable redemption month unless otherwise determined by Ned’s Pizza & Wings.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

No substitutions are permitted except at the discretion of Ned’s Pizza & Wings. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the sponsor's reasonable control, Ned’s Pizza & Wings may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Any taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner or the winner's parent/legal guardian, as applicable.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted through the social-media account used to enter.

The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, including proof of California residency and, where applicable, parental or legal-guardian consent.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to provide requested verification or consent, or is determined to be ineligible, Ned’s Pizza & Wings may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Ned’s Pizza & Wings will never ask a winner to provide a credit-card number, bank-account information, social-media password, payment, or other financial information to claim the prize.

8. Social-Media Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or their respective owners or operators.

By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless the applicable social-media platforms and their respective owners, officers, employees, and representatives from claims arising out of or relating to the Contest, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Permission to Use Contest Entries

By entering the Contest, the entrant grants Ned’s Pizza & Wings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, display, reproduce, and share the submitted photo and the entrant's social-media username for promotional and marketing purposes related to Ned’s Pizza & Wings.

This may include use on Ned’s Pizza & Wings social-media accounts, website, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing channels.

If a minor appears in an entry, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing any permission necessary for the minor's participation and appearance in the submitted photo.

Ned’s Pizza & Wings is not required to use or publish any entry.

10. General Conditions

Ned’s Pizza & Wings reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that it determines, in its reasonable judgment, violates these Official Rules or involves fraud, cheating, manipulation, deception, or automated activity.

Ned’s Pizza & Wings reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ned’s Pizza & Wings.

11. Privacy

Personal information voluntarily provided by an entrant in connection with the Contest will be handled in accordance with Ned’s Pizza & Wings' applicable privacy practices.

Entering the Contest does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing emails, text messages, or other promotional communications. Any separate marketing consent will be obtained in accordance with applicable law.
